TERMS & CONDITIONS This rate includes: Third party insurance, Collision Damage Insurance, (except for those who waive the CDW) Theft Protection Insurance, VAT, and Unlimited mileage. Please do not assume a car is reserved until you receive a confirmation. Driving license and age requirements: All drivers must hold a full valid driving license for a minimum of 2 years. All drivers must be between 23-75 (30 years for Spanish, Italian and Portuguese customers. Out of Hours Fee: for Mercedes only, drivers must be between 30-70 years. Payment We accept Amex, Mastercard & Visa. A security deposit is required in all cases. A credit card is required to process the security and insurance deposits. Payment is made in full when the car is collected. Rates We reserve the right to amend price structures without notice. Prices quoted at time of reservation however are guaranteed. Internet rates cannot be used in conjuction with any offline offers. Rental Day The minimum period of rental is 24 hours, effective from commencement of rental. Rental charges are calculated on a 24 hours = 1 day basis, and extra hours are liable to additional charges. Extensions of rentals must be approved by the rental office concerned. Availability Whilst every effort is made to ensure that the actual car model you require is available, we reserve the right to supply a suitable alternative. We may not be able to guarantee a model, but can confirm a car group. Excess Reduction You are liable for the first € 900.00 damage to the vehicle. (€ 1500.00 for groups 7 & 12) You can remove this by paying € 10.00 per day. (€ 14.00+VAT for groups 7 & 12) Additional Drivers € 7.00 per day per driver. Child Seats € 40.00 per rental Location Surcharge A premium location charge of € 25.00 applies to Airport & City locations. Road Fund Tax Cost € 1.14 including VAT per day. Cross Border Insurance A charge of € 25.00 applies to one way rentals to: Galway, Killarney & Knock. € 120.00 for one way rentals to Belfast. P.A.I. (Personal accident insurance) May be purchased for € 6.00 per day Fuel Vehicles are supplied with a full tank of fuel. You may: a) pay for a full tank of fuel and return the car empty b) fill the car before returning and pay nothing c) return the car part full and you will be charged at pump rates plus a refuelling charge.
